Shipping, Returns, and Quality Assurance

Shipping Information

Export Compliance: MilCom Aerospace is registered with the US Department of State. Licensing requirements for both ITAR and EAR are internally handled by our Export Department.

Special Orders: Customers can place special orders for parts not currently in stock. Our inventory is vast, but if you need a specific part we don’t have, we’ll make every effort to source it for you.

Aircraft Service Range: We provide parts for both military and commercial aircraft, including C130, F-16, CASA, Cessna, Boeing, and Bell.

Return Policies

Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by MilCom Aerospace. To process a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

Quality Assurance: While we are not ISO or FAA certified, we ensure that all parts sold are accurately described in terms of condition and certification. Factory new parts come with manufacturer certifications or FAA certification, and repaired parts are accompanied by FAA, EASA, or military accreditation.

Quality Control: We have a Quality Control Manual in place, underscoring our commitment to providing top-grade aircraft parts. We don’t manufacture or repair parts but guarantee correct condition and certification for everything we sell.
